At PDF Privacy Guard, we want customers to feel confident when subscribing.

Monthly Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.

Refund Requests

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue refunds for:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Accidental billing errors
  • Technical issues that prevented access to the service

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds generally will not be provided for:

  • Partial subscription periods
  • Failure to use the service
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Subscription cancellation after the billing period has started

If you experience technical problems, we encourage you to contact support before requesting a refund so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
